Crapple wins case against Samsung

Well, at least in one court case, in one country.

Go ahead, name one of those that Apple didn't copy from someone else. I dare you. And furthermore, the patents in question were all things Apple copied from pre-smartphone touch screen tech. Mainly from all the work Perceptive Pixel did with multi-touch for the patents in question. Overshoot, pinch to zoom, tap to zoom, all ideas that perceptive pixel did before the iPhone. And now Apple wants to sue companies for having little square icons with rounded corners on their screens...LOL.

If Apple was in charge of the auto industry we'd all be driving Model T's because how dare the other manufacturers build vehicles with hoods, trunks, four wheels and an engine!

This is the heart of design. This is how mankind moves forward. Apple wants to kill competition by litigation instead of actual innovation. I cannot morally purchase another Apple product again. Ever.
